Good location , can walk from Nagoya station and bic camera Nagoya . at 1f Have Family mart which have a lot of snack and have convenience-online ticket buying point ( can buy a ticket, staff good for communicate ), comfort room

Good location, recommendation for business trips
Hotel was quick walk from the main Nagoya station. We spoke with 2 receptionists, one did not understand very well English,but the other did and was really nice. I would recommend this hotel for 1 max 2 nights, especially for business trips, not for tourists with large luggage.
Room was smaller than others we had in JPN. There was almost no space for things,no wardrobe. There was a tiny fridge and no water bottles. Mattress was softer than we like (but that's a preference thing).
